We work with all major Chilean courier companies to offer you the flexibility in shipping times, best prices and security.
We will choose the best options for you between Chilexpress, Correos Chile and Starken.
We strive to get all orders received before 1 PM shipped out the same day. Orders not shipped same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship from Monday-Friday and on Saturdays whenever the carrier you have chosen is open. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, or the next business day when ever Monday is a holiday.
If you choose overnight shipping option, and the order is placed before 1 PM, we will deliver on the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. For example, if your order ships on Friday via Overnight shipping your order will be delivered on Monday assuming Monday is not a holiday (unless the carrier delivers on staurdays).
Where does Vapura ship from?
We ship from our warehouses in Santiago and Vina Del Mar. Depending on your location and our inventory, we ship from the closest location to you.
Can I pick up the products
At the moment, we don't have the possibility of pick up, but we are looking into having several locations where the purchases can be picked up without any shipping fees.
Can you ship batteries?
Airlines in Chile can sometimes decline to air freight batteries or devices containing. In this case, the product(s) have to shipped via land and might take additional time to be delivered. In these cases, we will notify you about the options you have.
How can I track my orders?
You have the possibility to track your purchases after they are shipped if the chosen shipping method provides tracking. When we ship your goodies, we will add the tracking data to your order.
To track your order, simply sign in to your account and access My Account by clicking your name icon on the top right corner of the screen. From My account, click the Order History link to access your orders.
You will also receive an email update when your order has been shipped, and you can find the tracking code along with a link to track your order.
Discreet Billing and Shipping
Vapura respects your privacy which is why all orders are automatically covered by our Vapuras Discreet Billing and Shipping Policy. Your order will be shipped in a plain box and the 'ship from' address labeled GDJ Trading. The name on your billing statement will also be GDJ Trading and have no reference to any particular product or brand.

Returns & Cancellations
Please contact Vapura as soon as possible after placing your order using our contact details if you wish to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships as logistics may have already processed your order. In the circumstance that the order has been processed, we will request an RMA on your behalf. Please note that products must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent out. Due to hygiene reasons and health protection, we cannot accept returns for products if the seal has been broken. Please get in touch with our team within ten days for a full refund, you then have a further fourteen days to return the product(s), if you fail to return in this time frame we will no longer be able to action the refund.
If you experience a fault, please contact our customer service team. They will first try to troubleshoot the issue with you. If the issue remains unresolved an RMA will be requested on your behalf. Vapura offers a refund for ten days only, after this, we will repair the device. If we are unable to repair the device either a replacement or gift card, if we are out of stock, will be issued. If the fault occurs after 90 days and the device is still under warranty we may direct you to the manufacturer. Returns after 90 days will only be accepted if you can prove the fault existed at the time you took ownership. If we are unable to replicate a fault, the item will be returned to you. If you have had a change of address since the original order was created, we will recalculate the postage and request the difference to be paid.
Breakages or Cosmetic Damages
Please check your shipment and report any breakages or cosmetic damage within forty-eight hours of receiving your goods for a refund, credit voucher, or replacement. Any breakages or cosmetic damages past this point will be assumed your responsibility. If you notice that your product is damaged please refrain from using it, otherwise, we will be unable to accept it.
Does my vaporizer come with a warranty?
For each vaporizer, the warranty period and coverage are pursuant to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Most vaporizers come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. We can handle the entire warranty process on some vaporizers, but some manufacturers like DaVinci and Magic Flight request that all warranty claims are processed by them directly. We will assist customers wherever possible. Please get in touch with one of our representatives if you have any questions concerning the warranty on your vape.
